Wagon Wheel Jog-A-Thon 2012
Wagon Wheel Families,
We are excited to announce that the 2012 Wagon Wheel Jog-A-Thon will be held on Friday, December 14th ! It is always an exciting day for all our students to have fun and compete for the most laps run. The winning classes of each grade level will receive ice cream parties in January!
All of the money raised at our annual Jog-A-Thon will go directly to Wagon Wheel and our students. This important fundraiser provides funds to pay for Meet the Masters, assemblies, grade level field trips, computer lab improvements and much more.
We are excited to bring back by popular demand our WW oval logo, the popular car stickers and we will even have an updated twist to this year's T-shirts. The attached form provides the Donation Levels & Prize Packages. Also included in this packet is the mandatory Student Permission Slip.
Please complete and return the following in the attached envelope to your child's teacher by Friday, November 16th :

· Check payable to Wagon Wheel PTA
· Student Permission Slip
Your child does not have to submit a donation to participate (please see ACLU guidelines at www.capousd.org). In this instance, simply return the Student Permission Slip. If for any reason you would NOT like your child to participate, please designate that on the permission slip.
